I made an in-game purchase as part of a game Offer, but I haven’t been rewarded. What should I do? Print

Some game Offer goals that involve in-game purchases can take longer to be confirmed. While most goals are rewarded within 7 business days, purchases may take 30 to 90 days to be verified and credited.

If you still haven’t been rewarded after the expected timeframe, contact member support and include the following:

1. A screenshot of the Offer activity from your Offers transaction history.

2. Screenshot or copies of confirmation emails showing proof of payment, including date and time.

3. Screenshot of e-receipts with date and time stamps (from the App Store, Play Store, or Google).
