Some of our surveys are highly popular and can be accessed by thousands of members simultaneously. In such cases, you may encounter difficulties accessing the survey or may see a blank page. This issue may persist if you attempt to re-enter the survey at a later time.


Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to improve the situation: 


- Clear your browser's cache.

- Update your browser to its latest version.

- Try accessing surveys using a different browser and/or device.


You may also check the following settings on your computer:


1. Ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser settings.

2. Ensure that your ISP settings do not block access to surveys.

3. Check that your system is free from any Adware and/or Spyware infections.

4. Make sure that your browser or any pop-up blockers are not preventing access to the surveys.

5. Verify that your anti-virus settings allow access to surveys.

6. Ensure that your firewall permits access to surveys.

7. Avoid using VPN or Proxy connections.

8. Ensure that your device's time/date and language settings match your registered country.

9. Ensure that you're using the regular mode browser and not the incognito/private browser


Please note that certain surveys can only be accessed once, so re-entry may not be possible, and accessing surveys while abroad is not allowed. If you continue to experience the issue, please reach out to our member support team and provide them with a screenshot of the error.
