Once you redeem a reward, it should land in your email inbox within 24 hours. Don’t forget to peek into your spam or junk folder just in case it ends up there.
If you still don’t see it, no worries — you can easily resend it right from your account:
• Log in and open the ‘Account’ drop-down menu.
• Select ‘Reward History’ to see all your past redemptions, including the date, description, transaction ID, amount, and status.
• Find the reward you’re looking for and click ‘Re-send eCode’ under the ‘Description’ column.
If the re-send option isn’t showing up, just reach out to us with your transaction ID, and we’ll be happy to help.
