To make sure your Offer activity can be tracked and you get rewarded, app tracking needs to be enabled.
For Apple (iOS) devices:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Privacy & Security
3. Tap Tracking
4. Make sure “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is turned on
5. You can also toggle tracking on or off for individual apps in the list
For Android devices:
Settings can vary by device, but here’s what to look for:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Privacy or Security & Privacy
3. Look for Ads or Usage Data
o If you see “Opt out of Ads Personalization”, make sure it’s off
o You may also find tracking options under Advanced > App Permissions > Location
4. You can manage permissions for each app individually
Tip: Check your permissions regularly, especially after system updates (as tracking may reset).
