If you encounter technical difficulties while trying to access the survey, please follow these steps:
• Copy and paste the link provided in your email into your web browser.
• Ensure that you copy the entire web address, as sometimes the link may extend over two lines.
• Avoid including any line breaks when copying the link, as this can prevent it from working correctly.
• Ensure that you are not using a VPN or proxy connection and that your device's time/date and language settings match your registered country.
After following all the steps provided above, and you're still unable to access the survey after clicking the link in a survey invite email, it means that there are currently no available surveys, they have expired, or they have reached their maximum capacity.
Please note that accessing surveys is restricted while you are traveling abroad.
