A survey is considered complete not just when you reach the end, but also after it passes a quick quality check. This helps us ensure that all responses meet our survey standards, so everyone’s feedback is valuable and reliable.


For most surveys, rewards are added to your account shortly after completion. For more complex studies—like product tests, diaries, or focus groups—it may take a little longer. These often need extra review, so credits may appear up to 6 weeks after the study closes.
