You should be rewarded upon completion of the survey. Completion is not just reaching the end or almost the end of the survey but after passing a quality check to make sure that the data you provided meets our survey quality standard.
However, please note that more complex surveys, such as product tests, diaries and focus groups, may require additional processing time. In such cases, it may take up to 6 weeks after the study has closed for the additional incentive to be credited to your account.
