Here’s how to redeem a reward:

Step 1: Head to your account’s Rewards page by clicking either the ‘Redeem Now’ below your available points or ‘Rewards’ on the navigation bar at the top of your dashboard.

Step 2: Once you’re in your account’s Rewards page, click on the reward you wish to redeem your survey points for. It will display more details about the chosen reward such as where you can use it, the available amount (redemption level) you can redeem, and how many survey points that redemption level cost.

Step 3: After reading the details of the chosen reward, proceed to checkout. You may be asked to go through mobile verification. Just type in your phone number (Mobile or Landline) and choose how you’d like to receive your verification code. After clicking Submit, the next popup screen will ask you to type the verification code you received. If you type in the correct code, next popup screen will congratulate you.

After successfully going through Mobile Verification, you will proceed to the last step which is reviewing your redemption to make sure that it’s the reward you wish to redeem.
