To access your survey account, please take note of the following:
• Please ensure that you log in to the correct survey site and use your membership email address and password.
• Do not login using a survey link.
• Make sure that there are no leading or trailing spaces when entering your email address and password.
• Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so please double-check that you are typing them correctly.
For forgotten passwords, simply click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen. Enter your membership email address, and our system will send you an email with a link/code to change your password.
