To update your details, log in to your account and go to Account > Your Details. You can edit your name, address, postal code, and alternate email there.
If your Profile Status isn’t 100%, click Complete My Profile from your dashboard. Once completed, this section will be locked for 6–12 months to keep your survey matches accurate. After that time, you’ll be able to update it again.
