You can update your profile details by logging in to your account and selecting 'Your Details' from the 'Account' drop-down menu.
In there, you can update your basic profile info such as: First Name, Last Name, Home Address, Postal code and Alternate Email Address.
If you haven't reached 100% of your Profile Status, simply click "Complete My Profile" link in your account dashboard. However, please note that this specific profile section will be locked for a period of approximately 6 months to 1 year after you have initially filled in your profile information.
This measure ensures that surveys are appropriately matched with the provided information. Once this period has passed, you will be able to edit this again and make the necessary updates.
