This depends on the type of survey you are participating in. Generally, if you exit a survey, you will not be able to access it again.
However, some surveys, such as diary studies, will allow you to re-enter in order to update information. Please check the instructions at the beginning of a survey for full details.
If your participation ended due to a technical error, you may be invited to try again once the error has been corrected.
